Each line shows the amount and the balance left after it, per currency. Nothing is ever blended or invented.
Rules that never change
· Prepaid, always: a balance only grows from a real deposit, top-up, transfer, commission, reversal or an admin credit memo.
· Each ledger line is a signed amount plus the balance left after it, per currency. Currencies are never blended.
· A credit memo is admin-only, always a credit, needs a reason and names its issuer.
· Wholesale cost is visible to admins only; downstream sees its own price, never the margin above it.
· Anything simulated is labelled — test suppliers and demo stores never move real money.
